Return Policy:
We want you to love your purchase and understand that returns are sometimes needed. We gladly accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items that have the tags still on within 14 days of the original shipment date. Returns accepted will be issued a store credit. ALL RETURNS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY.
Once the return request has been processed, you will receive a shipping label via email. Please note, there is an $8.00 Handling Fee that will be deducted from your refund or store credit total. Once a return package has been delivered to our fulfillment center successfully, please allow 5-10 business days for the returns to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once the return has been received and the refund or credit has been processed.
Preordered items may be exchanged within 7 days of the original ship date but cannot be returned. All items must be in the original, unused condition. Worn, altered, or washed merchandise is not acceptable for return. Three Little Ducks reserves the right to refuse any return if they do not meet our return requirements. Pre-Orders can NOT be cancelled.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Any discounted purchase or purchases made using a discount code are a final sale. No refunds or store credits available.
How to Request a Return:
1. Click the profile icon from our home page.
2. Log in to your account:
> In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
> In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
> Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
3. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
4. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
5. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
6. Click Request return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a store credit on your account.
